  CCTV News:According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, the Meteorological Bureau of Hainan Province upgraded the typhoon level 4 warning to typhoon level 3 warning at 07: 00 on September 2, 2023: Typhoon Sura (typhoon level) No.9 this year. At 06: 00 on the 2nd, the center was located at 21.7 degrees north latitude and 113.0 degrees east longitude. It was located in the southern coastal waters of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, and the maximum wind force near the center was 13 (40m/s). It is estimated that "Sura" will move to the south-west direction at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually weaken. Affected by Sura, on the afternoon of September 2 -5, the winds in Qiongzhou Strait, Beibu Gulf, western and eastern parts of the island were 6-7, and the gusts were 8-10. The winds in other forecast sea areas were 5-6, and the gusts were 7-9. In addition, there was strong wind and rain in the northwest half of Hainan Island from 3 to 5 days.
