Every morning, Wang Xinnian of Shangchi Village, Liwei Town, Dongxiang District, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, starts a live webcast, selling agricultural products such as brown sugar that the villagers have just made. After this simple and honest young man succeeded in starting his own business, he did not forget the villagers and led them to "touch the net" together, so that agricultural products could "fly" from the internet to all parts of the country. In 2018, he was named "China Rural E-commerce Rich Leader" by the Organizing Committee of China Rural E-commerce Conference.

Wang Xinnian, born in 1976, is a native of Shangchi Village. After leaving the army, he started his business abroad for nearly 20 years. In 2014, he returned to the village, opened online stores on platforms such as Taobao, Weidian and Maile.com, operated e-commerce poverty alleviation stations, and established agricultural product planting cooperatives. Through the "internet plus Cooperative+Farmers" model, hundreds of villagers joined the cooperatives and insisted on 10% higher than the market price & mdash; At the price of 20%, we will buy agricultural products such as Dictyophora, Dried Plum Vegetables and Handmade Brown Sugar planted and produced by poor households and old, weak and low-income groups in the surrounding areas to help poor households increase their income and get rich.

"At first, they didn’t believe that agricultural products could be sold online. Now it has become a habit to sell things online, and some of them also do live broadcasts with me!" In order to help more farmers "touch the net", Xinnian Wang has provided free e-commerce training for more than 400 farmers in the whole region. Today, Xinnian Wang has become a local "online celebrity" village broadcaster. Driven by him, several farmers have followed him to do e-commerce, and live broadcast at the head of the village in the field has become a new fashion for local farmers.

Wang Xinnian’s e-commerce poverty alleviation station has increased from the first year’s e-commerce sales of 60,000 yuan to the current annual sales of more than 5 million yuan, and the accumulated sales of agricultural products have exceeded 100,000 kilograms.
