As a provincial pilot county of cross-border e-commerce industrial cluster of hardware machinery,In 2022, Longyou County issued "Several Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of E-commerce (Trial)", encouraging traditional foreign trade enterprises in the county to carry out cross-border e-commerce business, and clarifying that the transaction volume of cross-border e-commerce business entities exceeded 1 million US dollars, 2 million US dollars and 4 million US dollars for the first time, with one-time awards of 30,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan respectively. We also provide targeted support for export credit insurance and cross-border e-commerce of foreign trade enterprises such as Zhejiang Hanyun Hardware Co., Ltd., organize training, conduct online exhibitions and other activities, and encourage and guide enterprises to play a good role in the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade.

Li Xinggan, director of the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce, said that cross-border e-commerce is a growing point of foreign trade growth. Around the development of cross-border e-commerce, in recent years, various comprehensive test areas are actively promoting the construction of online integrated service platforms. The concept is"Let enterprises run less errands and let data run more". At present, there are more than 60,000 cross-border e-commerce enterprises served by these platforms, which is about 60% of the national cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Since then, the Ministry of Commerce will also support and guide these cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test areas, further optimize the functions of service platforms, and guide overseas warehouse enterprises to connect with online comprehensive service platforms. Strive to integrate the functions of customs clearance, taxation, finance and overseas warehousing, and realize the "one-stop access" comprehensive service, so that such a convenient integrated service can benefit all cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
